After the computer has booted up, ASRock BIOS will display the hardware detected on the first page that the machine loads after starting up. The instructions on ASRock's BIOS page aren't really helpful.

On two different thumb drives I get the message "no file detected on USB." I have Fast Boot disabled, and tried w/ Secure Boot both enabled and disabled I d/l'ed the 1.7 BIOS file, and put it on a thumb drive, formatted to exFAT (only option, besides NTFS) After the computer has booted up, ASRock BIOS will display the hardware detected on the first page that the machine loads after starting up.
ASRock Instant Flash "No image file detected", Why?. However, when I try and use the Instant Flash I get the "no image file detected" error, I have. Same result, Instant Flash doesn't see the file on the thumb drive.
